Last week I was one happy mama. My son Victor brought home an updated progress report which reflected he went from A's & B's to all A's! With the additional data, my son was able to use the applications on his Samsung Galaxy On5 to study for tests and research for his science project. Getting my son the Samsung Galaxy On5 was the best decision for our family and stretching our tax dollars. The plan has worked out perfectly because we know exactly what we are paying for. The Walmart Family Mobile Plus Plan is $49.88 a month. With it's Unlimited* Talk, Text, & Data, it really helps my family stay on budget every month (*Includes up to 10GB of 4G LTE† data then 2G). When we purchased the phone, we only needed to pay $19.88 for the SIM Kit when you sign up and no additional activation which was a highlight for us to stretch our tax refund. There's no hidden upfront cost, all you need to do is purchase the SIM Kit and your all set! The Samsung Galaxy On5 is priced just right at $119.
Between my husband and I we have a hectic schedule and now that baseball has begun it's even crazier. Our schedule is constantly changing especially now it is raining off and on. I need a way to get in touch with my son to let him know if there is practice or not. During school pick ups if it's raining outside I prefer to stop in front of the school rather than a block away so he doesn't need to walk very far. As you know, school pickups aren't the easiest. I don't always get the same spot so calling him and letting him know where I'm parked has been very helpful and puts less stress on me.
During the week trying to spend quality time with the kids is tough. To celebrate my son's accomplishments we had a campout movie night as a family! Luckily, I maxed my tax cash and got the Samsung Galaxy On5 with the Walmart Family Mobile Plus. With our monthly VUDU credit of $7 (the value of a new rental), we can watch a new rental in our cozy living room on our own Smart TV. I had been dying to create a family campout for the whole family. The convenience of having VUDU is lovely not having to get all the kids ready and spend a fortune at dinner. Spending quality time with the kids and allowing them to decide on what they wanted to watch and eat for dinner just made it more of a relaxing evening.
Oversized pillows, blankets and string lights were used to create the perfect mood for our home theater! I created a backdrop background with an adjustable background support stand that I hung black curtains on and decorated with battery operated LED string lights to create the perfect ambiance. For Valentina, I hung a mosquito net from the ceiling to make a little hideaway for her. A flameless fire was a must to create the campout experience indoors.

First, on the list, a popcorn smores mix up! A little sweet and salty combination of popcorn, chocolate, pretzels, graham crackers and caramel candies. To drink we made a tropical punch creation that was sweet and tart to enjoy while we watched the movie on VUDU.
Together is our favorite place to be and thanks to Vudu and Walmart Family Mobile Plus we're able to spend more time together doing what we love best, watching movies! What's your favorite way to spend family time? Having a free movie rental from VUDU ($7 credit is the value of a new rental) on the Walmart Family Mobile Plus plan just sweetens the deal for all of us. Head over to your nearest Walmart to check out the Samsung Galaxy On5!
